‘Managing Gut Autoimmunity: Advanced Microbiome Strategies for Inflammatory Bowel Disease’

This webinar explores the key mechanisms underpinning gut-driven autoimmunity, with a focus on the interconnected roles of microbial dysbiosis, intestinal permeability, inflammation, and immune dysregulation.

Attendees will learn:

  • How to interpret stool-based clinical markers to differentiate between functional and organic presentations
  • The key environmental, dietary, and psychosocial triggers that drive IBD onset and flare activity
  • Evidence-based strategies to reduce gut inflammation and lower calprotectin levels
  • How to build an integrated treatment approach that supports gut health, immune balance, and systemic inflammation

Designed for clinicians, this webinar provides a clear, clinically actionable framework for supporting patients with complex inflammatory gut conditions.

‘The Missing Link in Women’s Hormonal Health: Detoxification & Drainage’

When it comes to women’s hormonal health, much of the focus is placed on modulating oestrogen and progesterone, or supporting liver and gut pathways to improve hormone metabolism.

In seeking alternatives to HRT, we can sometimes end up offering a “green pharmacy” through layering supplements without addressing the deeper drivers of imbalance.

Symptoms such as PMS, painful or heavy periods, mood swings, perimenopausal shifts, and hormonal acne are rarely isolated hormone issues. More often, they are downstream expressions of adrenal stress patterns, histamine dysregulation, candida overgrowth, digestive dysfunction, impaired detoxification, and inflammatory load.

However, even when these areas are supported, many clients continue to experience persistent symptoms.

This is because the missing link is often the toxic load that drives hormonal disruption and whether the body’s drainage pathways are truly open to support effective elimination.

Our biology hasn’t changed…but our environment has. Clients are increasingly burdened by heavy metals, mycotoxins, candida, environmental chemicals, and microbial load, placing significant pressure on detoxification and elimination systems.

Many protocols rely heavily on nutraceuticals, which can provide symptomatic relief, but often fail to address the underlying issue of an overwhelmed system with impaired clearance.

With so many contributing factors, it can feel overwhelming to know what to prioritise.

This webinar introduces a more clinically effective root-cause framework, combining detoxification and drainage with often-overlooked tools accessible to nutritional therapistsincluding herbal medicine and naturopathic techniques.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify when symptoms are driven by toxic burden rather than hormone imbalance alone
  • Recognise when detox pathways are overloaded or blocked
  • Understand why drainage must be supported before detoxification
  • Use herbal medicine to open and regulate elimination pathways
  • Apply naturopathic tools to enhance lymphatic flow, pelvic decongestion, bile movement, and clearance
  • Build simple, well-sequenced protocols that improve tolerance and outcomes

Designed for practitioners, this session will give you practical tools beyond nutraceuticals, helping you work more effectively with complex hormonal cases and achieve more sustainable results.

‘Optimising Fertility: The Impact of Mitochondrial Function on Reproductive Health’

This presentation explores the central role of mitochondrial function in shaping reproductive health, moving beyond hormones to the cellular systems that power fertility. Justine Stenger will connect circadian biology, redox balance, and membrane integrity to key reproductive outcomes—including egg quality, sperm function, and embryo viability. Practitioners will gain a clear framework for identifying mitochondrial dysregulation in fertility cases and applying targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support optimal outcomes. The discussion also highlights the role of phospholipids in maintaining cellular energetics, offering practical tools for preconception and overall fertility.

About Justine Stenger (IFM, FMCA Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach)

Justine Stenger received her B.Ed. from the University of Alberta in Physical education and Human Ecology/Nutrition. She proceeded to pursue a Holistic Nutrition/Therapeutic Chef certification from Bauman College. Justine has completed her Functional Medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Justine is a trained Bredesen (RECODE) practitioner and specializes in cell membrane medicine and works primarily with patients who suffer with neurological conditions, mast cell activation syndrome, Lyme disease, and autoimmune disease.  Justine has worked beside Dr. Bruce Hoffman for the past 10 years and has supported hundreds of Dr Hoffman’s chronic, complex illness patients nutritionally.
